Monumental horse statue of 37 cm high, in bronze colour. The horse is made of resin and stands on a wooden base. It is a coach horse from the imperial court stables in Vienna and was sculpted by Peter Clodt von Jürgenburg, a Russian sculptor and protector of Tsar Nicholas I, who was born in a famous Baltic German family. This artist devoted himself entirely to modelling often monumental horses.
