Admittedly, the reputation of the praying mantis is not the best. Seemingly absorbed in prayer, it eats spiders and insects as well as conspecifics or its partner at lightning speed. She has already posed as a model for several monster movies. Nevertheless, she has a fascinating aesthetic, which our artists have captured perfectly in glass and metal. Truly majestic, the beautiful mantis presents itself with a very special facial expression. From the finely crafted golden antennae to the sturdy 4 feet, she is as artistic as she is naturalistic.

LOOK INTO MY EYES, LITTLE ONE
Cleo's fascinating eyes are thanks to the ingenuity of our glassmakers. The transparent glass of the eyes is frosted at the back and clear at the front. The color is created by a light blue glass plate lying behind the eyes.
The violet eyebrows add a feminine touch and are reminiscent of their namesake Cleopatra.
