Product- and Price information

Decovista has the right to adjust her prices at any given moment. Prices already agreed on by customer and Decovista by means of an order will, however, not be raised.

Even though we are always most careful when submitting product information on our website, we can never be 100% that every article, and all the information related to it (e.g. price, VAT, shipping costs etc) as displayed on our website, is totally valid – this can be due to possible technical difficulties or poor software configuration.

In these cases Decovista preserves the right to decide not to deliver and return the down payment to the customer.
If an important product deviation/impediment is exposed only after delivery, the customer can exchange the product in which case a possible difference in price will be paid back to or by the customer, or the entire purchase is cancelled.

Used images and size measurements display our products neatly, however, can be slightly different from the piece you receive when regarding hand painted or hand crafted products, or sudden detail configurations made by the artists or manufacturers. Minor differences are possible regarding colors of the digital art paintings as shown on our website.
